Excellent experience with Sweatband. Delivery was arranged very quickly after ordering. Had issues with the couriers on the initial delivery date , but sweatband organised re delivery the following day. The customer service advisers I spoke to were very friendly and helpful.

Really helpful with my questions and order. Jovi was brilliant, very patient with my daft questions and the odd thing he didn’t know, he went and found out before getting back to me. Really impressed with Sweatband. In times where good customer service seems to have fallen away with online shopping, Sweatband buck the trend and spend time with customers. Quick delivery and help lifting it in the house. Definitely recommend them, and would buy from them again.

The product arrived the next day, which was excellent. Would have got 5 stars if there was not a number of scratches on the exercise bike.

Dealing with Sweat band on the purchase of my rowing machine was brilliant from start to finish- the pricers were competitive and also they drew in a couple of additional items for free- about £100 worth- a mat for under Keith and a heart rate monitor- Th monitor did nt seem to work and they sent out a replacement immediately- I also had an issue with the delivery date ( my fault) and they sorted everything out with no fuss- I'd thoroughly recommend this company!

Delivery was arrange within days; three days.
The delivery was two men and they were great.
Minor issue with the assembly of then bike was also resolved without any fuss.

Original goods had been damaged in transit. The firm was extremely prompt and efficient in replacing the items with new ones and taking back the damaged ones.

I bought a rowing machine from Sweatband that arrived super quickly. I had a small issue with the machine that was sorted very quickly and easily with help from their support staff, special thanks to Iwona for her help.

Ordered a ProForm 5000 treadmill with a free training mat HR monitor and PowerBlock Pro Dumbbells. Items all arrived within 2 days of ordering. Very happy and when I did need help with my treadmill build the team were on hand to assist.

Very fast, good delivery service, good response from support, only complaint was ordering process when I did not receive my invoice. No answer from sales phone or email, this was a bit worrying however all was well in the end and support team forwarded me a copy.
